1. At the end of the internship, the Internship Evaluation Form, which must be completed and signed/stamped by the company/institution official, must be submitted to the internship committee in a sealed envelope along with the printed form available on the university website.

2. The daily tasks completed during the internship must be recorded in the Daily Work Report. Each page of this report must be signed by both the company representative and the student and submitted to the internship committee.

3. Students must ensure that the internship course is registered in the system and approved by their advisor during course registration.

4. The Internship Report, Daily Work Report, and the Internship Evaluation Form (in a sealed envelope) must be submitted together by the specified deadline.

5. The work carried out during the internship must be submitted both as a printed copy and on a CD.

6. Files must be submitted in spiral-bound format and signed upon delivery. The student must submit the file in person. If the internship report is not submitted within the given time frame, the internship will be considered incomplete.

7. The interview date for students who submitted their internship files will be announced later. On that date, students are expected to prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing their work (at least 10 slides, including images and videos).
