Application Guidelines
It is evaluated according to the horizontal transfer applications from foreign higher education institutions to domestic ones as defined in Article 14 of the Regulation on the Principles of Transferring Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions.
Evaluation of Applications
- Applications are evaluated by the commission to be determined by the relevant Dean's Offices and decided by the Faculty Administrative Board.
- The evaluation of the candidates who meet the application requirements is made according to the criteria determined by the university senate, taking into account the overall grade point average and the success in the common courses of the program they want to pass, and the transition is provided according to the quota allocated. The Commission may interview the candidates if deemed necessary.
Documents Required for Application
1. Application form
2. 3 Photographs
3. Copy of high school diploma (The original must be made from the student affairs)
4. Current, apostilled student certificate of the program he/she is enrolled in, translated into Turkish by a sworn translator
5. Current, apostilled transcripts and course contents of the program they are enrolled in, translated into Turkish by a sworn translator
6. A document indicating that the higher education institution where the student is studying abroad and the program in which the education is carried out is recognized by the Council of Higher Education as an institution authorized to award associate degree or undergraduate diploma.
7. The original passport used during the period of study abroad and the Turkish translation of the passport by a sworn translator
8. Foreign entry-exit document covering the duration of study abroad
9. The internet printout of the LYS result document of the year in which the student took the exam conducted by ÖSYM
10. The internet printout of the YKS result document of the year in which the student took the exam conducted by ÖSYM
11. Student's exam placement result document made by ÖSYM
12. A document indicating whether the student has been disciplined or not
13. Back and front photocopy of identity card
14. Accepted English Proficiency Examination Result (YDS / KPDS / UDS / YÖKDİL / PTE ACADEMIL / TOEFL IBT) (for departments whose medium of instruction is English)

Our undergraduate students who will study in 100% English department will take the English Exam at our Güllük Campus.

How to Apply and Contact
Applications will be made to Antalya Bilim University Student Affairs Directorate between 12.01.2026 / 23.01.2026 with completed documents. Incomplete documents and applications not submitted on time will not be taken into consideration.
Applications can also be sent by mail to the address below. For applications made by mail, information will be given to the e-mail address specified in the application form when the documents are received.

ANTALYA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE TRANSFER QUOTA REQUESTS (SPRING 2025-2026)
2025 - 2026 Spring Semester Transfer Quota Tables will be published on the dates authorized by the Council of Higher Education.
Announcement of Results and Adjustment Program
- The evaluation results of the candidates applying for transfer to each diploma program are announced on the website of Antalya Bilim University Student Affairs Directorate on 30.01.2026.
- If there are enough candidates who meet the success requirement, the number of reserve candidates is announced as many as the number of quotas. In the event that the main candidates do not register within the specified period, the substitutes are called in order.
- The relevant commissions take into account the courses taken by the student in the previous semesters and the courses of the program to which the student transfers, determine the semester or class to which the student will be adjusted, and determine an adjustment program consisting of additional courses that the student must take, if any, and the courses that must be exempted. The grades previously obtained for these courses are recorded on the transcript.
