About Chef Hüseyin KAYIR
Hüseyin KAYIR is a chef who has transformed his culinary career from private chef to cooking school founder and gastronomy tourism entrepreneur. With years of experience in professional kitchens, he established GP Cooking School, where he shares his expertise with aspiring chefs. Additionally, through Cooking Holiday Travel, he organizes culinary-focused travel experiences, offering immersive cooking workshops and gastronomic retreats.
Before founding his own cooking school, he worked as a sommelier, waiter, and PR specialist on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, one of the world's largest cruise companies. Passionate about teaching, he also trains chefs in national culinary certification programs.
Chef KAYIR is a member of the TÜRSAB Gastronomy Specialization Committee, where he contributes to the development of gastronomic routes and tourism-related culinary initiatives in TÜRKİYE. Drawing from his background as a private chef, he has seamlessly blended his passion for food with entrepreneurship, proving that the culinary world extends far beyond the kitchen.
