HOW TO APPLY FOR STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT?

1.Application Form: Students who will apply for student residence permit for the first time should apply to the International Affairs and International Students Office. Candidates who will apply for an extension of residence permit must fill out the online application form via following link: https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/

2.Passport Photocopy: Passport valid for at least 8 months from the university registration date

3.Visa Page or Country Entry Page on Passport

4.Four (4) Photographs: Taken within the last 6 months, white and biometric

5.General Health Insurance (Government Insurance) or Private Health Insurance: If you do not apply for General Health Insurance within 3 months from the date of initial enrollment, it becomes compulsory to have private health insurance.

6.Student Certificate: This document to be obtained from the university of enrollment must be e-signed/signed and sealed/stamped.

7.Address: In order to apply for residence, you must provide an address showing that you reside in Antalya. Your address information and documents must be up-to-date, clear and understandable (For example; if you are staying in a dormitory, a signed / stamped document from the dormitory management, if you are staying as a tenant, a notarized lease agreement).

8.Residence Permit Document Fee (Payment Receipt): The Residence Permit Fee is 565 Turkish Lira  and you must pay this fee in cash to Antalya Migration Office or pay online via the link below: https://dijital.gib.gov.tr/hizliOdemeler/gocIdaresiIkametTezkeresiHarciOdeme

 

Candidates who choose online payment must pay with Vakıfbank or Ziraat Bank credit cards. After online payment, the receipt must be saved and submitted to the International Affairs and International Students Office before logging out of the web page.

9.UETS Application Form: Foreigners will be able to obtain their NENS addresses from PTT branches after submitting their;

a.Passport and Foreigner ID Number

b.GSM number

c.Valid e-mail address and filling in the NENS application form

Foreigners with e-signature will be able to apply for NENS online at www.etebligat.gov.tr
