Feedback and Continuous Improvement Policy - School of Foreign Languages

Our institution has an established feedback and evaluation system designed to ensure continuous quality improvement in educational and administrative processes. This system is supported by regular staff evaluations, internal and external audits, student and staff feedback mechanisms, as well as end-of-term and annual meetings. All collected data are systematically analyzed to identify strengths, areas for development, and improvement priorities. Action plans are then developed, responsibilities are assigned, and implementation processes are closely monitored. The impact of implemented changes is regularly evaluated. In this way, a culture of quality is sustained across the institution, and both academic excellence and the satisfaction of staff and students are continuously enhanced.
