The Success of our graduate from the Tourism Faculty, Department of Tourism Management, Gül Beril Kımıllı

Our graduate from the Tourism Faculty, Department of Tourism Management, Gül Beril Kımıllı, has been awarded a PhD scholarship by the Fonds de la Recherche Scientifique - FNRS, an organization with the mission of advancing fundamental scientific research and supporting individual researchers.

With this funding, Gül Beril will be able to continue her research project titled “Employee Reactions to Corporate Social Irresponsibility (CSiR),” which examines how employees respond to harmful actions carried out by their institutions. Her research aims to shed light on the following topics:

  • The conditions that strengthen employees' behavioral reactions to CSiR.
  • How perceptions of intent and control shape emotional and behavioral responses.
  • The long-term effects of witnessing CSiR on employees' psychological well-being.
