Dear Students,
Click here for the Erasmus Learning Mobility application and placement results. The placement has been made based on the predetermined criteria and available quotas (a total of 25 students). Please check the items listed below:
1. Students will carry out their exchange programs during the Fall and Spring semesters of the 2025-2026 Academic Year,
2. Students who have been awarded a grant are marked as "Selected", and those on the waiting list are marked as "Waiting",
3. Students on the waiting list who wish to participate in the Erasmus exchange program without a grant must notify us by email,
4. Associate and undergraduate students who scored 60 or above on the English exam, and graduate students who scored 70 or above, were taken into consideration,
5. Students were placed according to the preferences they submitted in their application lists,
6. Students who did not take the Erasmus English exam but are listed have valid YÖKDİL / YDS exam results,
7. Students who previously participated in Erasmus exchange and withdrew without a valid reason after the specified deadlines were penalized, and this has been detailed in the lists.
8. Since one of the two quotas announced for the Graduate School could not be filled, it has been assigned to the first student on the waiting list with the highest score (from the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences),
9. The date and time of the Erasmus Learning Information Meeting will be shared via email. This meeting will provide detailed information about the process and answer your questions,
10. Students who have been selected for the Erasmus exchange program but wish to withdraw must inform the Erasmus Office by Friday, June 6, at 17:30. Otherwise, if they later withdraw without a valid reason, 10 points will be deducted from their total score in the next application round,
11. Student information will be sent to the host universities by the Erasmus Office,
